booking conditions and cancellation Policy

Due to the small classes we offer, XEN has a very strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Any classes or bookings cancelled within the 24 hour period preceding the booking will be forfeited and charged for in full. Bookings can be cancelled via the Momence App, or by calling or texting 0404084441 a minimum of 24 hours prior to the commencement of the class or booking.

Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will be credited or refunded in full.

XEN reserves the right to cancel Semi-Private or Small Group classes if there are insufficient attendees. Any clients affected by these cancellations will be notified as soon as possible prior to the start of the class, and credited in full.
