Reversing the impact of "Tech Neck", improving muscle length to alleviate tightness in the hip flexors and reactivating gluteal muscles all contribute hugely to minimising the headaches, back, shoulder and hip pains so common in most corporate or office environments. Pilates also helps to build and maintain good posture, reducing the impact of sitting or looking down for prolonged periods of time.
Most forms of exercise are know to have cognitive benefits, and improve mood too. Exercising during work hours has been shown to have a direct impact on improved time management, better productivity and more harmonious interactions with colleagues and customers
