At XEN our focus is on you. We want to make sure you get the most out of every Pilates session. We hire only Diploma-certified, experienced instructors and keep our classes small.
For those clients who are new to Pilates, are wanting to progress faster, are concerned about major medical issues or are just wanting to maximise every minute spent exercising, we offer one-to-one sessions.
Because every single body is different, every single class is customised and tailored for your body and your specific needs and goals.
Your instructor will use a combination of the studio equipment which include the Wunda Chair, Cadillac, High Barrel, Core Align, Spine Corrector, Reformer and Surf Set as well as traditional mat exercises.
Private sessions are only available by pre-booking. All clients will be required to do an initial assessment prior to being allowed to book private or semi-private sessions.
Our studio/ clinical Pilates classes are deliberately kept to a maximum of 3 people to ensure that each of our clients receives sufficient attention and instruction from our highly qualified instructors. this means we can cater for specific injuries, issues and goals unique to each body.
Programs are individually designed so that even though there are two other people there, you will still be doing the best session for your body and its needs. All of our private and semi-private classes use the full range of studio equipment over time, including the Cadillac, Spine Corrector, High Barrel, Reformer, Core Align and our Surf Set.
Semi Private Sessions must be pre-booked.
Bookings can be made via the Momence App which is available both for IPhone and Androids.

Each and every body is different. To make sure you get the most out of every Pilates session, we need to understand YOUR body.
We use this session to assess and take note of your posture, flexibility, strength and muscle balance and discuss your goals and medical history so that we can come up with a program and exercise plan that is designed specifically for you.
