Drumming in circles creates physically vibrations that noticeably relax the body. Come and join us for 2.5 hours as Judi from Soul Healing Studio leads us through the wonderful, relaxing and liberating experience of drumming in a circle.
Our last Drumming Circle had all the particpants leave feeling like they were walking on air!

Because we all dance to the beat of a differfent drum,we will provide a selection of drums, If you have your own, please bring it along too!
Light refreshments. will be served and we do take a few breaks during the workshop.
