This class is available in studio and online. Our stretch classes are a fun, relaxing and yet challenging way to give your body the stretching it needs to maintain and improve flexibility and range of movement, improve posture, alleviate back and neck pain, increase blood flow to the muscles and delay the onset of reduced mobility that is linked with ageing.
No two classes are the same, and all you need to join in is access to a screen.
